In no event shall our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months prior to the claim. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

By using our Services, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, notices, and updates regarding your account and our Services. You acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
